Ways to Earn Commission

There are 3 different ways you can earn commission as a consultant:
- One-time Orders
You receive 10% commission on all orders that are not Q orders. This includes every personal purchase you make aside from your Q! - Q Orders
You receive 20–32% commission on the first month’s shipment of every Q you set up, depending on your total Q sales volume for the month. Plus, you receive 5% commission on every Q order after the first one, for as long as that customer stays on the Q! With most party programs you only make money when you hold parties, but Thrive Life offers you the potential to receive 5% commission on every Q customer you have, every month for life! - Team Sales
Your greatest earning potential comes in building a team. You can qualify to receive commission on all the sales (regular and Q orders) made by your team, which includes all the consultants up to 3 levels below you. The chart below shows what is required to receive commission from each level of your team. You’ll also get a $50 ASAP bonus for every consultant you enroll on your team. Because there is no limit to how many consultants you can enroll, your earning potential is unlimited!
Tip: Since you get a larger initial commission percentage and recurring residual income from Qs, you should always focus on getting Q signups over regular orders. A great way to bump up your commissions is to encourage customers to sign up at a higher Q budget, and when your own Q budget is higher, you can more confidently recommend the benefits of a higher Q budget to others.

Commission Details
- There is no minimum sales amount for receiving commission. The only requirement for receiving commission on your personal sales each month (your total party orders and Q orders that processed that month) is that you have a personal Q shipment of at least $50 that month. Using THRIVE on a regular basis will help you to be knowledgeable about the product and allow you to help others understand the benefits of THRIVE and the Q.
- To receive commissions from different levels of your team, you must meet the requirements for personal Q, personal sales, and team sales (your personal sales plus the sales of all the consultants in the three levels below you) outlined in the chart above.
- Meeting the monthly personal Q, personal sales, and team sales requirement for a rank will mean that is your Qualifying Rank (the rank you qualify to be paid commissions on) for the month. Your Qualifying Rank may fluctuate month to month based on your sales, but the rank you are recognized as will always be the highest rank you have achieved.
- Commission is paid on the 15th of each month, via direct deposit in most regions. The commission period goes from 5:01pm MDT on the 1st of the month to 5:00pm MDT on the 1st of the next month. ASAP bonuses are paid out every Monday for enrollments made during the previous week.
