You must have an enroller when you sign up. To get enroller information please email me. I will get you an application, fax number and contact person at the office. All applications are taken by fax.
Consultant applications will be assigned a consultant number as soon as the country is open to Shelf Reliance. I will let you know when that happens and the company will send you an official recognition of your sign up.
The cost is $199 for the initial supplies & a $50 a month Q shipment.
